CHOPPED STRAND MAT (E-GLASS) 300, 450
This product is made from fiber glass strand chopped to length and bonded together with powder binder and emulsion binder. It is used primarily for hand lay up process, filament winding and press molding of FRP products. Good for covering and degassing properties, low fuzz and high strength retention.
WOVEN ROVING (E-GLASS) 400, 600, 800
This product is made from E-glass continuous fiber, which mainly utilized in FRP product. It has high mechanical strength and compatible with polyester.
TISSUE, WOVEN ROVING
The tissue is made from 5-6 layers of continuous fibers, 12 micron diameter of a low melt, corrosion resistant glass. These product has been designed for surface protection of FRP/GRP products, where a high quality surface finish is required without cost of a full gelcoat, or where there is risk of print through of the reinforcing mat.
